Lapidan ("Lapidan", "we", "us") runs a marketing direction service at lapidan.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If you have questions, email luciano@lapidan.com.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us. When you apply for a Sprint or join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and the details you choose to share about your product, business, and goals.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe shares limited transaction data with us, such as confirmation, amount, and billing email.
• Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device type). This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

2. How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether the Sprint is a fit.
• To deliver your direction document and communicate with you about it.
• To process payment and keep records required for tax and accounting.
• To improve the service and our writing. Anything we publish is anonymized and never tied back to you.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the product work, and each receives only what it needs:

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Supabase, for secure database and file storage.
• Our email provider, to reach you.
• Privacy-friendly analytics, for aggregate usage data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep application and project data for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email luciano@lapidan.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use reputable providers and standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear.
