Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Lapidan and the Marketing Direction Sprint (the "Sprint") offered at lapidan.com. By applying for or purchasing the Sprint, you agree to these terms. Questions: luciano@lapidan.com.

1. What the Sprint is

The Sprint is an asynchronous marketing direction service. You receive one custom document with a diagnosis, a recommended direction, a four-week plan, and supporting notes, delivered within roughly three business days of the project start. There are no calls and no ongoing retainer unless separately agreed.

2. Applying and acceptance

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We take a limited number of Sprints at a time and may decline or defer any application, for any reason, including poor fit. If we decline before payment, you owe nothing.

3. Price and payment

The Sprint is 199 USD, payable in advance through Stripe. Work begins after payment is received. Prices may change over time, but the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay for that Sprint.

4. The deliverable

The document is our professional opinion and recommendation based on the information you provide and our own research. It is advice, not a guarantee of any particular outcome, revenue, or result. Marketing depends on many factors outside our control, including execution, market, and timing.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your product and business. The quality of the direction depends on the quality of what you share. We are not responsible for outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate input.

6. Refunds

Because each Sprint is custom work produced specifically for you, payment is generally non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not started your Sprint, or if we decline your project, you receive a full refund. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

7. Ownership

Once your Sprint is paid for and delivered, the direction document is yours to use in your business. We may keep anonymized, non-identifying learnings to improve our work and may reference general patterns publicly, never your confidential details.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell or redistribute the Sprint document as a product of your own, and not to use the service for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lapidan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the Sprint or the use of its recommendations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Sprint.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one posted here, with the date shown at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
